Here' are some of the pics and and technique for back pain improvement which I feel are good for physiotherapy treatment. You can do it at home in your own comfort.

This was my first visit and my first stay in the reputable and
acclaimed "5 Star" accommodation. We drove up to ECH by Simpang Pulai
new access road leading straight right up to the hotel summit. The new
road was supposed to be 45mins longer but I didn't notice and took
account of the time as I was concentrating on the drive up. The road
was not too difficult and neither was it winding with twist and turn
at every corner. In fact the drive up was pleasant and enjoyable.
However, do and please be caution as the new road is quite isolated
and henceforth quiet and deserted. Don't be surprised that you are the
only cars driving on the road !.

As soon as I reached the hotel summit, rain drop was starting to fall
on my windscreen. The drops started out slowly and then the intensity
and gaps got closer and closer until it became heavy downpour. It was
raining like cats and dogs at one point. However, we did manage to
make a few stops on the way up to look around those fruits and flower
garden.

I checked in at around 2.45pm but the room wasn't ready. The
receptionist was helpful but nevertheless it felt quite fake and
unreluctant. He told me I could only checked in at 3.30pm. Ask me to
walk around and he will call me. Why on earth do I have to wait in the
first place I thought to myself. After waiting for ages, I loss my
patient and proceeded to make a query. He make a few calls and then
told me his maintenance team is fixing a water heater problem in my
room. I was shock and flabbergasted. However, I told myself to cool it
and enjoy the holiday. No need to fry or steam rolled anybody.

Finally he pointed the way to my room and I was to meet up with their
maintenance guy to get the room keys from them. After all that was
done, the moment I step into my room, I was a wee little bit
disappointed with the quality finishes and the feel of it. No homely
feel nor any warm. Everything was cold from the laminated paper floor
to the walls and etc. I said to myself. Why did they use laminated
paper floor? Why was the floor not even ? Why was the toilet so dirty
and filthy ? I could see black stains on the WC and etc. There was no
decency and responsibility of the management to check and make sure
the place is in right order first.

To make matter worst the bathtub in my room was missing the tub
stopple. How can that go missing ? I always like to do some lazing
around and getting myself soak into hot water. Its my way of relaxing
and melting down all my stress. Equatorial must have done it on
purpose. Taking away the stopple from the room so that guest do not
waste plenty of water and hence increase their profitability. What
kind of cheap skate low down 5 Star hotel can do that ? I guess
Equatorial was desperate and in deep financial state. Else how do you
explain the state and condition of their room. To make matter worst, I
have to switch on the water heater 30mins before I really can take a
bath. It doesn't end there. After I was done it was wifey turn to take
her shower and half way through her shower, there wasn't any more hot
water. So it seems to me that there have a small tank on top of each
bathroom and it is only enough for 1 person to take his/her bath.
After the hot water had been used up, you have to wait till it boil
some more water else you just have to continue using the cold ice
water to finish off the shower.

Was very dissapointed and frustrating.

It was the first time I have visited this restaurant located at Sunway
Pyramid. My friend C had booked us a place and it wasn't the first
location that we wanted. Fact was it could be better if we had gone to
the one at Cineleisure. It's a much more happening place with great
pubs and after hour activities late into the night. In Sunway, TR was
more like a family joint. There were a lot of kids with family and exp
people enjoying the great American food.

The dinner started out nicely. I had very high expectation of their
food after hearing from others and also through magazines, news and
programs. I knew what it was but never thought I will be going to one
unless there wasn't any other choices around. The food we ordered
wasn't that bad but my friend and I had our steak cooked wrongly. We
ask for medium but she gave us fully cooked. Therefore the steak was a
bit hard and difficult to swallow. If I remember correctly, I ordered
"Steak with Combo Choice" and Grilled Shrimp. The dishes was
large...typical of American style. I would had love it if the steak
was done medium raw as what I usually ordered. The meat have to be
tender and soft so that easy to be chew instead of biting like a rock
feeling.

Overall I think I would give it an average mark. Perhaps slightly
better than TGI Friday but definately not as great as I expected it to
be.

Btw, the waitress there are mostly young fresh grad from Sunway or
Monash University. I also notice that there are many Philipinos being
employed by the management as captain or higher rank staff in the
restaurant. This does not confined to TR only but the whole wide
western food industry in My. Some of the young waitreses was very
attractive. My friend C was trying to make a hit on one of them. He
kept asking her question on this and that. Another friend V was
getting irritated and uneasy with this friend of us doing it in front
of him. It was messy and the atmosphere was that great after all. I
think this was the 2-3 time I have been with them for dinner.......I
mean some proper dinner. I have miss out on it for the past 2 yrs when
V comes home for holiday.

At the end of the dinner the billed came up to almost RM70++ per
person. To me it was kind of expensive if you ask me to fork out.
Nevertheless, V was earning pound and this would only cost him 50quip.
However, I sense that V wasn't very happy or kind of disappointed
because it went out of his budget. It happens every time we go for a
proper dinner. He would mouth out that money is no object and that
it's all just a small change for him in pound..............and then
later at the end of the gathering he will feel a little bit pain to
his wallet. Hehhahahaha.............. J. I just love it.

I just found out that a friend of mine (V) had ask another friend of
mine (C) to help his brother to get a gf. I couldn't believe what I
was hearing. Firstly I never thought C was so helpful in this area. I
know if its me I would have reject V cause I know for sure it would be
a disaster. Can you tell me how are you going to match make a nerd
with a girl. Its like beauty and the beast. Setting up the date is
easy but making the date work is another whole new ball game.

I was surprised C telling me that V bro was dress like a nerd with
thick spectacle, Einstein hair and not very sociable. I wasn't
surprised about the bro but I was surprised C never thought of it
beforehand. I expected at least a briefing from him to the bro and at
least iron out a few issues before actually setting up the dinner. I
guess he and everyone else was embarrassed from the awkward situation
and I can't imagine how he was going to make the closing and etc.

C and I agreed that not only is V bro in need of a total image revamp
but V himself needed to see an image consultant to really change their
outlook. The way we see it was both of them are like twins. Sloppy was
one thing but the least you could do was be open and gentlemen. What I
mean by gentlemen is, at least have the courtesy to be willing to
spend. Don't ever go out for a date being stingy and worry about the
wallet and etc. In my experience, whenever the guys make an approach
usually guys have to be charitable and not stingy. You will never get
anyway being stingy. That is the biggest turn off for any gal. You see
I knew all my my friends weaknesses and I remember giving some good
old advice to C too. He listen and I guess he realise what I was
saying was true and now he is hook to a young chick.

Therefore for the rest, I don't think I will ever be able to change
their mindset cause they are more intellectually smart and hence more
calculative. They are well off and money is not a problem but what
they lack is social skill and the golden heart. I learn this when I
was in school and mingling with all those streetwise kids. You just
can't take your money to grave. What is the point of accumulating all
those wealth when you are not enjoying it at the same time.

Another friend of mine Dr.Y is also another idiot. He doesn't know the
finer point of life at all. We were having dinner at Tony Roma
Restaurant and you know what he said to us all. He said, the food to
him is same as those outside hawker stall. He can't differentiate the
difference and hence it was a waste of money to be going to a great
fine dining restaurant. I almost fainted listening to him. He is
raking in tons and loads of money from the stock market and also
steady stream of income from his practice but yet he lives a simple
life. I don't mind that but sometimes I thought we need to enjoy the
finer point of luxury after working hard throughout our life. What is
the point of him making more money and accumulating wealth ? Is it for
him to live a comfortable life or to show off. Well, if its the simple
life that he's after than no point playing stock market at all. Why
chase something for more when you are already contented with what you
have.
