How To Rename Photos In Batch

All Window XP are 'supposed' to be pre-installed with Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Pls use this program. Follow the steps below. If you have any doubt pls let me know. Sorry for the long overdue tutorial. Had forgotten about it many times. Getting old.
