Currently I am going through some difficulty and it's a very complex situation. However let me put this in laymen term and as simple as possible. I went to a shop and inside the sales rep told me item A is for sale at RM100. However, I find it expensive though I like it very much. Hence, I begin to use my bargaining skill to to negotiate by

1. Comparing the same item with one in the next shop
2. Item A has some defective parts and etc
3. Clarification and justification for the higher price
4. Condition and any warranty provided or certificate to prove it genuine and not AP

I wasn't too particular on the above answer except the last part, where I specifically ask him was it all approved and genuine and will not run foul of the authority ! He gave me a definite answer with a little bit of arrogance. Yeah yeah yeah else I wouldn't have sold the items here and our neighbour also same. Don't worry everything is done according to the book. I gave my runner to do everything and its all ok.
OK my foot !!!!!!! After agreeing to buy item A for the price of RM100 and in doing so, where all the paper works come in, all of the sudden the "BASTARD" is trying to change his story and in evasive manoeuvre. What the F#C&King bastard he is. He stay in Mont Kiara, drives a nice RM150k++ car and yet F%%^ no different from those street jackass. Come on.........your are supposed to be an educated upper class citizen who is a father and a role model. Guess I was wrong. Don't ever judge a book by its cover cause in My especially they is still a lot of those rich BASTARD with kampung "mentality". I can name him but I wouldn't. He has the balls to tell me that his wife is the secretary to Mr.Robert Kouk (the tycoon) in one of his subsidiary. Welcome to pathetic world again.
Btw, much more interesting is the fact that another sales rep who is suppose to be the sales manager and also his cousin know nothing about sales at all. His title is sales manager but doesn't know the procedure and the kind of things you need to do to conclude a sales. Guess the "mentality" run in the family.

AirAsia

There is some news talk about AirAsia currently going on at the moment and I would like to lend my opinion on this. I read that Tony Fernades is piss off with the cabinet, MAS and etc. Their stock fell a few cent yesterday and today and AirAsia is grumbling to everyone else. Their point of contention is the lifting of the minimum ceiling ticket price for domestic flight.

For once I had to totally agreed with what the uneducated Jasin MP was banging about in Parliament on Wed. Why on earth is AirAsia whining about. If they think competition is good in the first place then go on head to head and fight MAS. I don't think AirAsia nor MAS should be given any exclusive route or subsidy at all. The fact that MAS had previously been given RM 1billion subsidy does not warrant a mention now. That was a fact and it was old story. Everybody know that.

I use to be an AirAsia supporter cause I'm the underdog type and always like people who work from the bottom up. However, I have personally experience not once but twice "LOUSY SERVICE", "PATHETIC STAFF" and "NO BRAiNER" management. Like to tell you what was the grouses I had with them.

KL (KLIA) - Langkawi (AirAsia 2yrs ago)

1. I bought my whole family for a trip to Langkawi with 2 senior citizen, 1 kid (<3 yrs) and my 6 mth pregnant wife tagging along. Not even one AirAsia staff came to our rescue nor offer any help to carry our luagage, help my pregnant wife or direct us or lead us up to the plane.

2. There is no system, no common sense from their staff right thru their management. Why can't they built some barrier for 2 different queue for senior citizen+kids+pregnant lady and the other for the rest. We had to struggle and was push from one side to the other when everyone rush in front to line up near the boarding ticket counter.

3. As soon as the boarding gate/door to the plane was open everybody just rush to the tarmar in disarray trying to get the best seat available. Just pathetic situation. I can't help but feeling a little bit embarass. WHY ? cause I am human and am the same species (homosapien) as them all kiasuly running towards the plane shoving and pushing all the way. This is the moment you feel like if only I am not human and hopefully nobody is watching. Its just so embarassing and so not right.

4. On the plane I was met with an arrogant and obnoxious air stewardess. Fake smile with punk hairstyle and 10cm thick cosmetic powder Barbie face. No service was fine with me but then when everybody was seated including my son on his own seat, this Barbie doll came up to me requesting my son to move and sit on my lap. I was stun and shouted F^&&^&*K. I had pay the seat price for my son to have his own seat. What else do you want. I think the Barbie got my message and immediately she retreated without saying a single word.

KL (LCCT) - Kuching (AirAsia 3 weeks ago)

1. Nothing to shout about LCCT. Low class, cheap layout and place look disarray and not systematic.

2. Checking-in still same old style and not kids/senior citizen friendly.

3. At the boarding counter, still no line nor any systematic approach on crowd control. As soon as boarding annoucement was heard the whole place turn into pasar malam. Everybody trying to cut queue, jump queue and etc. The disarray crowd with kids and old folks were long and Mr.Barbie and Ms.Barbie just "close one eye". The checking procedure for boarding ticket are done shabbyly and not orderly. No proper procedure and rules.

4. I was pushing my son on his umbrella stroller and no Barbie came to offer any advice nor help to explain what to do with the stroller when u reach the plane. The place was not disable friendly nor old folks friendly.......lots of staircase (going up and down ....plane, building and etc).

5. As soon as the gates are open, the same old story happen again. Totally same as 2 yrs ago. People rush, run, jump and etc trying to get on the plane. I was wondering then whether is there a situation where a passenger have no seating at all ? I mean do AirAsia reserve some extra seat for vacant or they will try to squeeze out all seat to maximize their profit and hence any customer rights.

6. I also notice that those Barbie's treat foreigner better than locals or ASIAN. Just observe their faces and treatment the next time you see them with a foreigner.

7. I almost forgot the most important matter. When I was on the way to LCCT I receive 2 calls from their staff. Both were asking me whether can voluteer to shift my 1pm flight to 3.30pm cause they have VVIP. I was steaming at the end of his conversation. WHAT !! I shouted. I have kid and babies with me and almost reaching LCCT already. I told them a firm NO. However was taken aback when I receive another call from them from another BARBIE asking the same thing. Aren't there any co-ordination at all in the office/call centre ? Don't they take NO for an answer.

8. On the plane, I make friend with 1 of the passenger seated next to me. He told me his group of 29 passenger was shifted 3 times from early morning flight to the afternoon. I was like huh.......... Deep inside of me I was thinking if it was me I would had fry them kow kow already. He told me before that AirAsia had wanted to split up the group and leave 1 kid on the next flight available as their plane was full. The group had opted to swap the kid with an adult but AirAsia couldn't make the decision and hence had to take 1 hour++ for their top management to decide.

Therefore my conclusion of AirAsia is

1. Low airfare - limited seat only

2. No customer service - no compassion

3. Don't expect anything

4. Just like taking an old bus at Puduraya terminal during the 70's

Citibank

This is the worst bank that I would hate to love. I hate to love cause its suppose to be the biggest top 5 bank in the world and yet the kind of service I am getting from them is "SHIT". Yeah, you got that right. This is my personal experience. No joke or trying to make any slander or whatever. 2 days ago I called up their general no. (03-2383 0000) and was make to press lots of no. and after 2 minutes finally got hold of a operator. They call those operator customer officer or customer manager whatever you name it but to me its all same ....operator.

So I begin by telling them my mortgage loan with them and I ask for opinion and what kind of remedy could they provide. I mean I have a small housing loan with them and they are charging me interest of 8.3% with current market BLR of only 6.75%. Personally I have a few option up my hand. I could opt to settle the full payment with another loan that I am on the verge of getting with BLR at 5.5% only....... or I could ask for reduction in their interest rate. This might be a little bit confusing so let me write this in point form.

1. Settle full payment with loan from another bank with lower interest rate (5.5%)

2. Appeal for lower interest rate from 8.3%

3. Settle partial payment (reduce principal amount) but left 5% unreleased amount

4. Refinance within CITIBANK latest loan package with 3% 1st year

So there you have it.........I have a few options and I needed some advice or counter offer from CITIBANK. Therefore I needed to speak to someone in authority and also with knowledge. However, I was make to call 5 different numbers and had to be told many times.........sorry you have call the wrong section....we are in the sales.....we are not the specialize.........we only do new sales...........for existing customer pls refer to............I mean I was really piss off by then. Luckily I could still hold myself from shouting vulgarity at them. If they were in front of me then I would had head-butted the operator straight on. What kind of crap, fuc^&%$&^ bank is CITIBANK anyway. I think its my star that is not matching with CITIBANK !!!!

I had friends, colleague and etc being treated like human, king and royalty cause they are existing loan/credit card customer and etc. I mean of all the people why they have to pick me to abuse and treating me like animal. Am I not their customer too ? I was their credit card customer too once and I pay my bill on time and without any credit bought forward each month. Guess how they treat me. I make a dispute claim with them on one of their charges and hence the amount wasn't clear so for a mere RM5 they had the guts to blacklist/ban me the next following month. What kind of shit is that. To add salt to the wound, I had make an enquiry online with at least 10 bank on my application for a new housing loan. I wanted to find out their package on offered and the finer details. Guess what !!! All gave me reply thru phones or email except CITIBANK where they sent me a message asking me to call them if I want to know any thing. Hmm....guess they had too many customer already and hence this potential customer is not important. I really hope they go down or BNM restrict them further. I wouldn't pity them for the world. Couldn't care less.

CITIBANK is just too rigid and rule by computer, robots, operator with the IQ of 0 and all temporary/contract staff.

Conclusion, CITIBANK is a crap foreign bank who treat you like a robot except when they want to sell you something or call you up for marketing purposes. FULL STOP !!

Well, I love sex and those adrenalin rush and sweat. Its so sensuous and so exhilarating. However my wifey isn't to keen on this at all. Perhaps like what the sex doc said yesterday which I read, she's lagging testosterone. With the right dosage and right hormone her sex drive can be increase. I was wondering whether this would be good or not. There's always pros and cons .....2 side to a coin. There's no good or bad with every stories. Hence, though I would love to have sex everyday, there are things we need to make a compromise. I can't force her if she doesn't feel like it. Nor can I turn on the switch just like mine. To some people sex is just sex. While others sex is a great intimate communication, great pressure relief and a out of this world escapade. We releases so many drugs and senses during the course of "Action" that the brain is just thinking/concentrating on the sex part.

I really do love sex a lot but I do wonder how long my sex drive are going to last me. Expert says by the age of 40 your testosterone level will start to decline dramatically. I hope its not true. If its true, well I'm going to have it everyday from now onwards cause you just can't turn the clock back.

Here's the article in full for your reading pleasure.

Sex and Qi

RECENTLY I was invited by an insurance company to give a talk on "Recharging Your Sex Life" to their top agents at their annual convention. The event was held at the Tanjung Ara Beach Resort in Kota Kinabalu. Since it was during the school holidays, I took my family along for a holiday too. It was an enjoyable break for everyone.

The resort had a fantastic programme for my two younger children, as they spent one whole day learning drama, and painting themselves for a full make-up and costume play which they presented to the families on the same night.

And me? I just love to talk about sex. So it was an enjoyable holiday where I got to talk for hours about sex, and got paid for it! Let me share some of the stuff that I taught those hard-working insurance agents.

You must think of sex all the time

First, if you are a man, and you are not thinking about sex all the time, it means that you do not have enough testosterone, the male sex hormone. It does not mean that you must be having sex all the time, but if you're not thinking about it often, you are also less likely to want it. And if you do not have early morning erections anymore (young men always have such erections even when they are not thinking of sex), it means your testosterone levels are very low.

Men suffer sexual problems much earlier than women, because the decline of testosterone starts in their 20s, such that by age 40, about a third of men have a significant decline in the hormone, and by age 50, more than half are testosterone-deficient. Andropause (or male menopause) generally occurs at about age 50 (same as menopause in women), and is associated with erectile dysfunction (inability to achieve satisfactory penile erection), memory loss, emotional and relationship problems, and even osteoporosis.

Tests on about 50 of our local doctors (age 40-60) attending a sexual health seminar three years ago showed that two-thirds were testosterone-deficient, and one-third had excess oestrogen (female sex hormone).

In the past, it was thought that andropause was a myth, as tests on testosterone showed no significant decline with age. Now we know that it is the free testosterone (the unbound, active portion) that declines. So if you ask your doctor for the test, make sure it is for free-testosterone.

Women also depend on testosterone for their libido (apart from its effect in strengthening bones and firming muscles, etc). So when a woman lacks sexual desire, taking low-dose testosterone can do wonders. Testosterone works best when there is sufficient oestrogen, so in menopausal women, we need to correct the oestrogen first, and then give testosterone. There are also HRT (female hormone replacement therapy) formulations that have inherent libido-enhancing effects. If a woman is also thinking of sex all the time, she must be having sufficient testosterone. However, it is possible to have excess testosterone. I had a patient with long-standing testosterone excess, and she had clitoral enlargement due to the excess hormone.

Understanding hormones makes it possible to reject the old notion that you are expected to "slow down" in the sex arena as you age. If you are slowing down, it just means you are not healthy.

Apart from having sufficient sex hormones, for good sexual health, we also need sufficient growth hormone (HGH) and several pro-hormones (hormone precursors). We also need sufficient supply of nitric oxide, the miracle messenger molecule that causes our blood vessels to dilate (very important for penile erections, and for healthy hearts). We have to develop sufficient body strength and stamina. Most of the men who do not take care of their health will realise that by age 40, even if they are able to have erections, they cannot perform well anymore, and leave their wives or partners frustrated. If they are diabetic, it is worse.

Sex and qi

For good sex, we also need plenty of qi (life-force) because sexual energy is qi. Those who practice yoga, taichi or qigong will find that their sexual stamina will remain into their ripe old age. Qigong practitioners should expect to have early morning erections right past their 50s. There are special exercises for sexual health, and those who are consistent with the practice can expect to have a healthy sexual life, just like the good old days when they first got married.

I must stress that it takes regular, consistent practice to start feeling the benefits of qigong. When it comes to the Secret Treasures of Qigong, which includes most of the exercises for sexual prowess, it is more so. Those who learn the techniques but do not practise as regularly as they should will be disappointed. But if they do it often, they will make themselves and their partners smile for life!

For more on how to improve your sexual energy through qigong, please refer to The Secrets of Qigong (www.superqigong.com ).

Malaysians 'tak boleh' when it comes to sex

The last global sex survey (2005) carried out in 41 countries showed that Malaysians ranked an embarrassing 36th position in terms of frequency of sex. The most sexually active were the Greeks, who dethroned the French, at 138 times (a year). The Americans were at 11th with 113. Nine of the bottom 10 were Asians. Even the Thais logged in at 31st, with only 97. Malaysians had sex only 83 times per year, way below the world average of 103, but we were ahead of Singaporeans (73) and far ahead of the Japanese (only 45).

A survey in 2000 revealed that about 45% of Malaysians aged 40 and above had erectile dysfunction. Sometime later, the then Health Minister revealed that Malaysians were the highest per capita consumer of Viagra in the world! Which goes to show that when it comes to performing in the bedroom, Malaysian men "tak boleh" and many have to depend on Viagra or similar drugs. Because diabetes is also becoming a national problem, the trend will get worse.

Now you will understand the Malaysian men's reason for always shouting "Malaysia Boleh" wherever they go. This is a positive psychological affirmation against their "tak boleh" problem in bed.

The survey showed that men had more sex than women (104 versus 101), although in the previous year, the women outdid the men. The most sexually active were those between 35 and 44. However, for those who do not take care of their health, there will be a drastic decline after 45. Twenty percent had sex three to four times a week (which also qualifies as aerobics exercise), while 5% had sex everyday (which qualifies for a gold medal from me).

What about the Japanese?

The Japanese have consistently maintained the bottom position, having sex a paltry 45 times a year, about 1/3 that of the Greeks. Through a Japanese friend, I began to understand the Japanese culture and am now not surprised at the statistics.

For many Japanese, they are sexually active as youngsters and have premarital sex. After marriage, the good sex life continues, but things abruptly change after the birth of the first child. It is not uncommon for the couple to continue living together in a sexless marriage, or if at all, only occasionally have sex, especially if they want more children. They may even sleep in separate rooms. The husband often satisfies his sexual needs outside the home, and all this with implicit consent of the wife.

But if we look into their history, they seemed to have enjoyed sex much more. There are famous Japanese paintings of courtesans copulating, and the warlords were famous for their sexual conquests as much as their military ones. All the disciplines and martial arts exercises mastered by the samurai and ninjas would have made them saturated with qi, and hence made them also sexually active. With their fitness and acrobatic abilities, we may wonder what exciting sex they must have had!

I was shocked to hear about the modern-day Japanese culture, and I hope this will not become the norm for us too. There are many unhealthy trends creeping into our lifestyle, some of which are damaging to our health, and to our families.

The Hong Kong people, for example, have consistently said that they are too busy making money to have sex. They are also always near the bottom of the sex survey list.

Now that the cost of living is getting higher each day, with petrol prices jumping to scary levels, many Malaysians have resorted to working longer hours to make ends meet. In many families, both the husband and the wife work, leaving the children unattended, or under the care of maids. The breakdown in family values is noticeable, as youngsters are heavily influenced by cultures promoted by the western media (especially TV programmes) and the parents not instilling our own values enough.

Parents should spend more time at home, not only for the children, but also for their own sake. They should also enjoy sex more so that we Malaysians can beat the Greeks and one day stand up tall and shout "Malaysia Boleh!". But I guess that will have to wait until the World Cup is over.

Haven't been writing quite regularly cause just can't find the time to do much now days. If I had the time it would had been better spend having  quickie with my wife....:)) Talking about sex, I find this interesting yet taboo in our culture. However, I believe there need to be some reservation and some conservativeness on society. Perhaps something like the British would best fit us instead of Americans.

Btw, that's not the reason I'm writing today. Was going to blog about other stuff. Let me list them over here to remind me to blog on them in due time.

1. The cough syrup Rhinatheol
2. Kuching trip
3. Sex and quickies
4. Housing loan
